This FAQ is mostly aimed at advertisers. If you are here to plan a wedding then you will find the website intuitive to use. Just click on the part of the country your wedding is located in, then choose the category of interest. Oh and remember you are supposed to enjoy the planning!
Individual firms that wish to be included in the Wedding Guide can do so immediately, online, for free.
Do not read/printout this on your first visit never to return.

1. I am keen, where do I start?
As a visitor, just go to the directory, click on the map for the location of your wedding, then look at the categories of interest to you in that area.
As an advertiser, start by registering for your free entry, you will then have access to enter the details you wish in as many areas and categories as you wish - for free.
It is completely free to visitors. It is also completely free to businesses for the basic entry which includes a free link to their website!
The full price list is available once you have registered for your free entry. To give you an idea, the standard enhanced entry is just £1 per month. Even our most expensive option is less than £10 per month!
For those businesses that choose an enhanced listing, payment is due when you have placed your enhanced entry for the following month. You only pay for one month at a time and you can stop and start again without any penalty. Simply pay per month as and when you want it. No long contract.
You can pay securely online with a credit or debit card using our PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account yourself and you are not required to sign up for a PayPal account. You can use your normal credit or debit card secure in the knowledge that your details are only passed to PayPal, not to us. In accordance with normal PayPal practice, we will not have access to your card details.
5. How do I add a local business?
Simply register online and you will then have access to enter your details into any counties and categories of your choice.
Currently you can link your entry to your own website and/or pictures.
We will be introducing a range of options for the inclusion of images and low cost personalised webpages.

Yes. You will be updated with a counter number whenever anyone contacts you via our website. You will also have a counter of the number of hits with paid entries, that you can monitor at anytime.
8. Can I appear in more than one county?
Yes. You can place your business details in any number of counties. Also you can change the content for different areas. You can have all free entries or have any combination of free and paid entries. Obviously do not place your entry in locations or categories that you cannot support - you will simply get enquirys that are of no use to you.
9. I do not have a website address, can you help?
Yes. We can register domain names for you, set-up related email addresses, website and hosting all through Global WebPageDesign at very competitive pricing. Or we can set-up a simple link from your entry to provide extra images and information without you having to worry about getting a website at all.
